WHAT IS SWIFT?

DOES SWIFT HURT?

Some minor discomfort may be experienced which can be expected when treating skin lesions. Pain levels will vary from patient to patient but most people who have used swift compare pain similar to an injection or a sharp scratch which usually last a couple of seconds then will quickly subside.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

This will Depend on how you respond to treatment. Treatments is normally a month apart. With adults it can normally take around 3-5 sessions. Sometimes more, sometimes less. You can discuss this with your podiatrist at your consultation.

CAN ANYONE RECEIVE THIS TREATMENT?

AM I GARANTEED SUCESS?

The short answer is no. Swift is around 75% successful across the board so in some cases treatment may be unsuccessful and cannot be guaranteed. Swift therapy relies on your immune system to attack the virus so this will vary from patient to patient. Factors such as age and how long you have had the verruca may impact this.
